Manufacturing process are steps in which raw material is transformed into final products using various machine or tools.
These are the type of Manufacturing Process
- Machining
- Casting
- Painting
- Moulding
- Forming
- Joining
- Additive manufacturing
Machining: Machining is the process of removing extra material from the workpiece using a chip-making process till the required shape & size achieved.
Casting: In Casting process metal or alloy material is heated to a certain temperature so that it will be melt and then it poured into the required structure to get the final product.
Painting: Painting involves a different type of coating or plating process to provide a product with either some colour or to prevent it from rusting.
Moulding: In Moulding process plastic material to be heated till it gets melted and then injected into the mould to get the required product.
Forming: Forming is the process in which raw material is pressed by a press tool.
Joining: Joining is basically done using fasteners. The most common way to do so is Bolting, But rather we go through a welding process to reduce the weight of the Product.
Additive manufacturing: Additive manufacturing is a modern type of manufacturing like a laser-cut system or Gas welding system.
